> Set up:
1. Pre-bend the arch plate with your hands to make it flexible for easier adjustment.
2. Place the Back Stretcher on a flat surface and insert the wider end into the base slot.
3. Pull the arch plate firmly to insert the other end into the desired level slot.
> To use:
1. Position your back against the wider end.
2. Lay down>Breath deeply>Relax. Let the acupuncture and magnets do their magic.
3. Roll over to your side to get off.
